The best Christmas Gift Ever!!!!

Well Ms. Sadie arrived in great fashion at 9:48pm on December 21st weighing in at 8lbs 3 oz and a short little 18 inches long...LOL..yes she got my weight and her dads height!!! But she is beautiful. It was quite the day, early on Friday morning Daddy woke up with some pain in his abdomine and shortly after a quick run in with the trashcan he was rushed off to the emergency room at the neighboring hospital...meanwhile my water had been broken and was starting some serious contractions. Funny now not so funny then. Daddy ended up being ok, just a few kidney stones...lol...all i wanted was one day, is that to much to ask! He was able to return to be with me later in the day, I labored all day with little success. Later that night I unforunatley started to develop a fever and Ms. Sadie's heart beat and my blood pressure became a little erratic and then got to be really erractic so the call was made to get her out safely...Off we went down the hallway like the Indy 500 I totally felt like I was in a sureal episode of Greys Anatomy. Wes came trotting down in his little bunny suite they gave him to be with me in the OR. The section went well and with in minutes I heard my babygirl cry. It was the best feeling I have ever experienced. They still had some work to do on me, I was having some blood pressure issues and some breathing difficulty but I didn't care, she was perfect!!!! We stayed in the hospital for a few more days to get all better and the Doc let us out on Christmas Eve! The best Christmas ever!

Time's a Tickin!

We put up the tree, well my mom put up the tree and I sat there and gave orders! Today I got three comments on how large my stomach is, people wanted to know if I was past due....ahhhhaa, no way I still got time to cook this turkey! Every time I went near the tree I ran the risk of knocking it over! LOL

The Bestest Baby Shower!

Thanks to everyone for my great baby shower! It was perfect and Danny should make sure she watches out for exploding champagne bottles! No one likes a quick finisher!!!!!! Thanks to Karyn, Candy and everyone else!!!!

There's Been A Change!

So we can be expecting our little turkey a bit earlier than expected! The Doc says we should expect her around the 20th and home by Christmas!!! Sweet Sadie may have her first Christmas in 2007 after all!

Ms. Sadie at 33 weeks. She has super cute cheeks and fat little arms. After being a little camera shy at first she caught on really quick. She posed like a little movie star and even opened her eyes and stuck out her tongue for the camera. Other than seeing her ultrasound for the first time it was definatly the coolest thing I have ever seen.

So Far So Good!

Well Ms. Sadie is definitely making her pr essence known! She's gonna be a tough little cookie and as far as Wes and Dr. Blake are concerned she is going to be a big baby, Wes has me worried I'm going to be having a 15lb turkey. The boys (Dr. Blake and my wonderful husband) had a great time explaining that since I'm a big girl Ill have a big baby! lol...thanks guys! So far the pregnancy has been great, only until yesterday did my back start hurting and my feet randomly turning into little snausages.

Wes is finally on break after a very LONG cycle. His recruits almost broke a regimental record, lol....almost is the key word. And now we are just trying to get him recovered so he can start taking care of me:)
